The Aradhana Mahotsava commemorates the sacred occasion associated with Sri Raghavendra Swamy’s entry into Brindavana at Mantralayam. The festival is one of the most significant annual observances for devotees of Guru Raghavendra Swamy and attracts pilgrims from across India and abroad.
The main Aradhana observances will take place over three days. Poorva Aradhana will be observed on August 29, Madhya Aradhana on August 30, and Uttara Aradhana on August 31, 2026. The Madhya Aradhana is the principal day of the celebrations.
The celebrations will feature several religious and devotional programmes, including special sevas, abhishekas, alankaras, Rathotsava and Annadana. The official Matha portal has also opened online seva bookings for devotees wishing to participate in the sacred celebrations.
The Aradhana is observed with great devotion at Mantralayam, where the Brindavana of Sri Raghavendra Swamy is located. The occasion provides devotees an opportunity to participate in special worship, seek the blessings of Guru Raghavendra Swamy and experience the spiritual atmosphere of the sacred kshetra.
With thousands of devotees expected to visit Mantralayam, preparations are underway to facilitate their pilgrimage and participation in the various religious programmes during the Aradhana Mahotsava.
