The annual visitor count has witnessed an extraordinary rise from approximately 50 lakh devotees in 2014 to over 14.6 crore, making it one of the busiest pilgrimage sites in the world.

Kashi Vishwanath Temple now welcomes an average of 4 lakh devotees daily. During major festivals such as Shravan (Sawan), Mahashivaratri, Dev Deepawali, and Kartik Purnima, the number of pilgrims increases significantly, with lakhs of devotees thronging the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva.
