Samaradhana is a unique event celebrated in accordance with the age-old tradition of inviting relatives and friends for Ganga Puja after returning from a pilgrimage. It is believed that a Tirtha Yatra is considered complete only after performing this sacred ritual.
As it is often difficult for yatris to organize the Ganga Puja independently, Tirtha Yatra has taken this initiative to help devotees complete the tradition in a convenient and cost-effective manner, while saving them both time and effort.
The event featured Sri Krishna Vaibhav, a devotional session of bhajans and kirtans in praise of Lord Sri Krishna, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
During the event, Sri Agrani Krishna Dasa, Managing Director and CEO of Tirtha Yatra, launched new initiatives to enhance the pilgrimage experience, improve yatra operations, introduce new sacred destinations, promote Go Dhana for cow protection, and offer a more yatri-friendly cancellation policy. The initiatives include:
- Sri Krishna Premi Yatra
- Damodara Kunda Yatra
- Go Dhana
- New Cancellation Policy
The Samaradhana concluded on a joyful note, with yatris expressing their happiness and satisfaction while sharing their spiritual experiences and blessings. Participants were also served a traditional Brahmana Bhojana, a signature offering of Tirtha Yatra that added to the overall devotional experience.
The next Samaradhana event will be held in Chennai, December 2026 for the yatris of Tamil Nadu.
