The sacred town of Bhadrachalam is preparing to witness the grand Brahmotsavam celebrations at the renowned Bhadrachalam Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple, drawing thousands of devotees from across the country. According to the temple calendar released by the Bhadrachalam Devasthanam, Brahmotsavams will be conducted from March 19 to April 2, 2026, with a series of traditional rituals and spiritual programs.

The festivities will begin with Dwajarohanam, the ceremonial hoisting of the temple flag, marking the start of the Brahmotsavam. During the festival period, several sacred rituals such as Vahana Sevas, special pujas, and daily processions of the deities will be performed amid Vedic chanting and devotional music.
The most significant event of the celebrations is the Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam on March 27, the celestial wedding ceremony of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita, which will be celebrated with great devotion on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami. Thousands of devotees are expected to participate in this sacred ceremony.

Sri Rama Pattabhishekam will be celebrated on March 28, symbolizing the coronation of Lord Rama. Temple authorities have made elaborate arrangements for devotees, including security, queue lines, and essential facilities to ensure a smooth and spiritually enriching experience.
