Dec 27 (Sat): Normal operations with heavy rush. Free SSD tokens are being issued in Tirupati (e.g., Vishnu Nivasam, Srinivasam) for darshan slots the next day. Expect 12–18 hour waits.
Dec 28 (Sun): Likely the last day for issuing SSD tokens (for Dec 29). Once Dec 29 quota fills, counters will close until Jan 8.
Dec 29 (Mon): Pre-festival lockdown. Only pilgrims with valid tickets/tokens for Dec 29 will be allowed. No walk-ins.
Phase 2 — Restricted Entry (Ticket Holders Only)
Dec 30 (Tue) — Vaikunta Ekadasi: Closed to general public. Entry only for Electronic Dip winners (₹300) and VIP pass holders. No SSD or offline tickets.
Dec 31 (Wed) — Vaikunta Dwadasi: Closed to general public. Only Electronic Dip winners & VIP passes admitted. Chakra Snanam usually in the morning.
Jan 1 (Thu) — New Year: Still closed to general public due to extreme crowds. Only Electronic Dip winners allowed.

Phase 3 — Vaikunta Dwara Darshan (Direct Entry)
From Jan 2 to Jan 8, Vaikunta Dwaram is open for all with Direct Walk-in Entry (no tokens):
- Jan 2 (Fri): Open — expect extreme wait times (24–30+ hrs); queue may spill out.
- Jan 3 (Sat): Peak crowd — weekend + festival. All pilgrims in general line (no priority lanes).
- Jan 4 (Sun) & Jan 5 (Mon): Continues heavy; bring essentials.
- Jan 6 (Tue) & Jan 7 (Wed): Open — local quota queue may operate alongside general line.
- Jan 8 (Thu): Last day of Vaikunta Dwara. Enter before noon to avoid missing darshan.
Jan 9 (Fri): Vaikunta Dwaram closes; SSD token counters likely reopen for Jan 10 slots.
Jan 10 (Sat): Normal operations resume: free Sarva Darshan and ₹300 entry; crowds remain high but manageable.
