Sharanam was the first such event conducted by Tirtha Yatra in Bengaluru, inviting all yatris on the auspicious day of Swati Nakshatra, February 8, 2026. The event was a grand success, with more than 100 yatris in attendance.
Sharanam is not just an event. It is a rekindling of our devotion to Lord Narasimha, re-establishing our connection with him by thanking him for a successful Ahobilam Yatra and all the Yatras to Narasimha Kshetras.
By the blessings of Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha, Tirtha Yatra has been globally recognized as the world’s largest Ahobilam tour operator, having served more than 7,000 yatris and successfully completed over 120 Ahobilam Yatras.
Every weekend, 2-day Ahobilam tour is organized from Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. This spiritual journey enables yatris to have the darshan of Nava Narasimha Kshetras.
The event began with the welcome speech by Sri Agrani Krishna Dasa, the Founder and Managing Director of Tirtha Yatra, who spoke about the glory of Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha. Followed by Narasimha Yajna, the sumptuous prasadam was served – an iconic taste of the Tirtha Yatra tour.
Narasimha Bhajan, beautifully sung by Sri Agrani Krishna Dasa, resonated deeply with every yatri, awakening a powerful sense of Lord Narasimha’s presence.
This auspicious occasion was also graced by Sri Panduranga Dasa, Co-founder and CEO of Tirtha Yatra, along with Sri Anand Santhanam, Director. This
Narasimha Yajna also served as a reunion of Tirtha Yatris, united by a common purpose of seeking the darshan of Lord Narasimha and preserving the memorable experiences of their Tirtha Yatras.
