Sri Kalahasti, Andhra Pradesh: The renowned Sri Kalahasteeswara Swamy Temple, one of the most sacred Shaivite shrines in South India, has announced revised timings for the Antharalaya Darshanam (inner sanctum darshan) to better accommodate the growing number of devotees visiting the temple. The new schedule aims to ensure smoother darshan experiences and improved crowd management, especially during weekends and auspicious days.

According to the temple administration, the Antharalaya Darshanam—which allows devotees to have a closer view of Lord Sri Kalahasteeswara and Goddess Gnanaprasunambika—will now follow specific time slots depending on the day of the week. The updated timings are as follows:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM only
- Monday: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM only
- Saturday: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM only
- Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Devotees are encouraged to take note of these changes and plan their visits accordingly. Entry for Antharalaya Darshanam will be facilitated through a special ₹500 ticket, allowing pilgrims to experience a closer and more peaceful darshan inside the temple premises.
Temple authorities have also reminded devotees that Sri Kalahasti is not just a major Shiva Kshetra but also holds immense spiritual importance as one of the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams, representing the element of air (Vayu Lingam). Thousands of devotees visit the temple every month to perform Rahu-Ketu Pooja and seek divine blessings for removing planetary doshas.

The temple management has implemented enhanced crowd-control measures and improved facilities, ensuring a comfortable and divine experience for all pilgrims. Visitors are advised to check the official temple board updates before planning their trip, especially during festive seasons and Mondays, which witness heavy footfall.
With these revised darshan timings, Sri Kalahasti Temple continues its commitment to providing a serene and spiritually fulfilling environments for all devotees.
