
Second Prana Prathishtha at Ram Janmabhumi Ayodhya—05 June 2025, Thursday
Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, witnessed the auspicious Second Prana Prathishtha of Sri Rama, along with Sita Mata, Hanuman Ji, and his three brothers, Bharata, Lakshmana, and Shatrugna, today, June 5, 2025. The ritual was attended by the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji.
The ceremony began in the morning at 11 AM, during the Abhijith Muhurtha, with the chanting of sacred Vedic mantras and the performance of homa in nine yagna kundas. 101 highly qualified acharyas from various places like Kashi, Ayodhya, Basti, Delhi, and Kolkata participated in the homa, considering it a divine form of worship and purification process. The ceremony concluded around 1:30 PM.
The magnificent and glorious deities have been crafted from white Makrana marble and installed on the first floor within the temple complex. This sight brings tears of devotion and joy to our eyes. Many devotees came to visit this mesmerizing event. It is a mark for respect for those who have struggled for many years and sacrificed their lives for the construction of Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
While Ram Lalla in Ram Mandir embodies the innocence of a child, Lord Rama consecrated today in the Ram Darbar is depicted in his royal image, symbolizing his role as the King of Ayodhya and establishing Rama Rajyam.
Ahead of the second prana prathishtha ceremony of Ram Darbar, a golden kalasha was installed atop the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on June 3, 2025. Sri Rama Lalla Temple at Sri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya is quickly manifesting in its glorious form. It appears that the trustees will maintain the planned deadlines for temple completion, as the entire country is eagerly awaiting completion of temple construction.
The golden kalasha, along with the dhvaja stambha, outshines the brilliance of the sun, establishing the glory of Sri Ramachandra in every direction. It marks the achievement of a significant milestone in the temple’s construction.

I am very happy today to note that the statues of Sree Ram, Lakshman, Sita Devi and Hanuman ji created from white makrana marble and pran pratishta done.
I was somehow not very happy with the black Rama statue with due respect to the craftsmen who dedicatedly carved out a beautiful form of Lord Rama from black granite.
I will now visit Ayodhya
