The schedule for the Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva at the sacred Tirumala Venkateswara Temple has been revised by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
This special weekly ritual, dedicated to the worship of Lord Venkateswara’s lotus feet, is performed every Tuesday morning in the temple sanctum.
During the seva, temple priests perform a unique ritual by offering 108 golden lotus flowers at the feet of the Lord while chanting sacred Vedic mantras and divine names. Because of its spiritual significance and the limited number of participants allowed inside the sanctum, the seva is highly sought after by devotees.
New Timing for the Seva
TTD has slightly adjusted the schedule of this weekly ritual to better coordinate with other early morning temple ceremonies and darshan arrangements.
Day: Tuesday
New Timing: Approximately 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM
As the ritual is performed inside the sanctum area, only a small number of devotees are permitted to attend.
