To manage the rush, the Srisailam Devasthanam has suspended Sparsha Darshanam and Live Abhishekam on October 15 and 17. Temple EO L. Suresh Babu said special arrangements are underway. During the trip, PM Modi will also attend the ‘Simplified GST, Super GST, Super Savings’ programme at the Shivaji Inspiration Centre in Kurnool district, according to BJP state president P.V.N. The Srisailam Temple, situated in the Nallamala Hills, attracts millions of devotees every year. With Karthika Masam approaching, the temple town is already seeing record footfalls, adding to the spiritual vibrancy.

Madhav remarked that the visit would boost Srisailam’s spiritual prominence and strengthen its position as a key religious and tourism hub.
Meanwhile, a high-level review meeting chaired by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Ake Ravi Krishna was held to assess security arrangements. The IGP reviewed helipad management, route security, traffic control, parking zones, and the deployment of police pickets at crucial locations. He directed officials to maintain multi-layered security and ensure seamless coordination among all departments.
