Adjoining heritage buildings will be restored to preserve Orchha’s architectural legacy, blending faith with history.
Air Connectivity Boost
Plans include helicopter services and an airstrip to improve access for pilgrims and tourists, making Orchha more reachable than ever.

Orchha will be linked to other Ramayana-associated sites like Chitrakoot through the Sri Ram Van Gaman Path, a pilgrimage circuit backed by a ₹2,200 crore investment.

In the Niwari district, a proposed ₹3,500 crore steel plant aims to boost employment and economic growth in the Bundelkhand region.
Tourism Infrastructure Expansion
Phase I investments worth ₹130 crore were also reviewed, reinforcing the government’s commitment to enhancing visitor experience.
