India’s leading airline, IndiGo (6E), is set to commence direct flights between Kolkata and Siem Reap, Cambodia, starting November 13, 2025. This new route marks a significant milestone as IndiGo becomes the first Indian carrier to offer direct connectivity to Cambodia, enhancing travel options for both leisure and business travelers.
Route Details and Schedule
The Kolkata–Siem Reap flights will operate three times a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Flight 6E1655 will depart Kolkata at 01:50 AM IST, arriving in Siem Reap at 06:20 AM local time. The return flight, 6E1656, will leave Siem Reap at 07:20 AM local time and reach Kolkata at 08:55 AM IST. The total flight duration is approximately 4 hours.

IndiGo will operate the route using its Airbus A320neo aircraft, known for fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. The airline’s commitment to providing a comfortable flying experience aligns with its reputation for reliability and punctuality.
